 I’m a passionate hairstylist who truly loves what I do. I specializes in creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair and take pride in helping every client feel their best. Outside of the salon, I’m a proud dog mom to three lovable pups who keep my life full of energy and joy. When I’m not behind the chair, I enjoy adventurous weekends riding RZRs at Windrock with my boyfriend, embracing the outdoors and making unforgettable memories. My passion for beauty, creativity, and connection shows in everything I do. My goal is to bring warmth, dedication, and artistry to every appointment, creating an experience that goes beyond just great hair.

Hi, I’m Jay, a hairstylist with a lifelong love for hair and helping people feel their best. I believe great hair is about confidence and feeling good from the inside out. I love building connections with my clients and creating looks that fit their lifestyle and personality. When I’m not behind the chair, I’m spending time with my husband and our five dogs. My goal is always to make you feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful when you leave my chair.

My name is Jayden, I'm a graduate of Sweetwater Institute of cosmetology. Ive been at The M Salon since October of 2023. I specialize in curly hair, Mens cuts, and very layered/shag styles! 

My favorite time of year is Autumn, outside of the salon I like to Hike, go to concerts, and play D&D.

Morgan Alfonso

Hey there, I’m Morgan! I’ve been a stylist for 5 years at the M Salon. I’m an educator, hand-sewn hair extension specialist and an enthusiast for all creative colors and cuts! I’m a wife, mom, and have a fur baby named Finn! I’m SO excited to meet you, let’s make your hair dreams come true together!

Lupe Cornejo

Level 3 Cosmetologist and Level 4 Barber

Hi, I’m Lupe, a dually licensed cosmetologist and barber with a passion for precision haircuts and creative color. I specialize in men’s cuts—clean fades, classic styles, and modern looks—and I also love enhancing hair with natural, dimensional color, including highlights. Hair is my creative outlet, and I enjoy using detail, technique, and artistry to create styles that fit each client’s personality and lifestyle.

When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me fishing or spending quality time with my husband.

Salon Manager, Hand-Tied Extension Certified, and Certified Educator

Hello friends!! I’m Catie, and I’ve been with The M Salon for over ten years. I’m a Redken Shades EQ specialist who loves continuing my education and bringing that knowledge back to the chair to help educate my guests. Some of my favorite services are big haircuts and fun, new colors! The quote, “A girl who changes her hair is about to change her life,” is always in the back of my mind, and I love getting to be a part of that change. As a dark-haired girl myself, I’m obsessed with lived-in color and deep, glossy brunettes. I love creating low-maintenance looks that still feel elevated and personalized. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful while in my chair. When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, spending time with my family (spoiling my nieces and nephews), or hunting for my next best thrift find. I can’t wait to see you!

Hi, I’m Brandy. I’ve been a hairstylist for 27 years and am an educator and certified in hand-tied hair extensions. I’m passionate about helping others feel confident and beautiful, both behind the chair and through education.

I’ve been married to my husband—my best friend—for 26 years, and together we’ve raised three amazing children. We’re blessed with a beautiful granddaughter and a wonderful daughter-in-law who we adore.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and loving on my animals (especially my cats!) or baking something sweet for the people I love.

I'm Wesley Blanchard,

I'm a passionate and creative hair stylist who brings heart, skill, and Southern charm to everything I do. Originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, i made the move to Vonore, Tennessee nearly three years ago and have fallen completely in love with the area, the people, and the welcoming community. I truly believe Tennessee feels like home.

I specializes in hair color and updos, and especially enjoys creating looks that help my clients feel confident, polished, and uniquely themselves—whether it’s a bold transformation or a timeless, elegant style. My attention to detail and genuine love for my craft are evident in every service I proved.

When I'm not behind the chair, I treasure time with my family—my husband, Lance Blanchard, and my almost 13-year-old daughter, Britltyne. They love being outdoors, exploring new places, and cruising around in their Jeep with the top down, embracing every adventure together.

For me, hair isn’t just a career—it’s a creative outlet, a connection, and a way to help others feel their very best.

I’m a California girl at heart who fell in love with a Marine from Tennessee—and together we built a beautiful life. I spent 22 incredible years in California before moving to Tennessee, where our story continued to grow. We’re proud parents to two amazing boys who keep us busy and smiling, especially with all the sports they love to play. Watching them grow and chase their passions is one of my greatest joys.

I’m a nail technician with a deep love for art and creativity. For me, nails are more than just a service—they’re a form of self-expression and confidence. I truly love creating a space where everyone feels relaxed, cared for, and beautiful when they leave my chair. Making people feel good about themselves through art is what fuels my passion every single day.

Isaac Piña

Hi, I’m Isaac, I am the oldest son of our salon owner Misty Pina. Growing up my mom was always my hero and nothing has changed to this day. I have been in the industry for over a decade as a second-generation cosmetologist. As the Salon Manager, I work alongside our amazing front desk team which consists of my brother Jake and our guest service coordinator Jessica. Our focus is to provide the absolute best guest service for everyone who walks through our doors and I could not do it without them.

I also get to be behind the chair one day a week specializing in men’s cuts. I enjoy my day behind the chair getting to catch up with all my clients.

Outside of the salon, my life is built on my faith and my family. I am happily married to my beautiful wife Brittany and we have two children Henry Scott and Nicole Taylor. We enjoy spending time together as a family going to church worshiping Jesus , boating, and of course lots of zoo and Dollywood trips in between!

I am the front desk coordinator here at The M Salon. I love talking with our clients, matching them with the perfect stylist, and providing a great cup of coffee or tea. I enjoy reading, DND, and spending time with my wife and our two adorable cats, Tcup and Asher.
